    Documentation and architecture review, first team interviews. Deliverables: initial report, red flags, scope for the deep dive.

  2. Deep dive

    1 week

    Code review and testing, data pipeline assessment, technical interviews, competitive and performance benchmarking.

  3. Risk analysis

    2–3 days

    Scenario modelling, scalability stress testing, regulatory and security review. Deliverables: risk matrix, mitigations, compliance gaps.

  4. Final report

    1–2 days

    Executive summary, investment recommendation, presentation and Q&A with the investment committee.
