Allen has spent his career architecting critical systems in regulated industries across Hong Kong and the UK. He led the architecture for building a virtual bank's infrastructure from scratch, held architecture leadership roles at a global insurer in Hong Kong and the UK, and has led technical teams of up to 150 people. At KSL he leads the firm's work on AI enablement, AI-native SDLC and AI technical due diligence.
